I Next ETS provides standard professional services, including but not limited to: Web Development, Mobile App Development, E-commerce Solutions, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Content & Inbound Marketing, AI & ML Solutions, Cyber Security services, and Investment & Policy Advisory.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our services at any time without prior notice. Specific service contracts, proposals, or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) signed between the Company and the Client will override or supplement these general Terms.

To access certain dashboards or client portals, you may be required to register for an account. You agree that:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials (username/password).
• You will immediately notify us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

For projects built for client delivery (such as bespoke website software or applications), the intellectual property ownership details and transfer timelines are governed explicitly by the terms of our project agreements.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the website and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
